Absolutely! We offer samples of all Made to Measure fabrics so that you can see and feel the fabric for yourself.

Because many of our products are made to order, your order is probably with our workroom team right now, who are busy making it especially for you.
You'll find the estimated making and dispatch time on the product page. If that time has passed and you still haven't received a dispatch email, just pop us an email with your order number and we'll be more than happy to check on it for you.
If you've already had your dispatch email, then good news – your order is on its way! Keep an eye on your tracking updates to follow its journey and manage your delivery to ensure it's safe arrival.
Gather is sometimes also referred to as fullness.
It refers to how many folds you have in your curtain.
Flat - flat to the window, clean and graphic. Works well with structured fabrics and modern interiors.
1.5x gather - a gentle softness without being overly full. A versatile middle ground that suits most café curtain fabrics.
2x gather - a traditional, fuller look with proper soft folds. Works particularly well with lighter sheers and relaxed linen-look fabrics.
2.5x gather - a generous, luxurious fullness with deep, soft folds. Best suited to finer, lighter sheers where the extra fabric drapes beautifully rather than adding bulk.

You certainly can. We include care guidance on each product page, so simply return to the design you've ordered and you'll find the recommended care instructions there.
This is simply to make things easier when your order arrives.
Add a window name such as Kitchen or Living Room, and we'll label each curtain accordingly so you know exactly where it belongs. Making hanging your curtains nice and easy for you.
If you'd prefer to leave this blank, that's absolutely fine.
Voile is a sheer fabric, and the level of privacy it offers will depend on the fabric you choose.
Some voiles have a more open weave, allowing plenty of natural light while offering a lighter level of privacy. Others have a denser weave giving more privacy.
As every home and window is different, samples are available if you'd like to see how a fabric looks in your own space before placing an order. Information on requesting samples can be found here.

Most of our café curtains are sold individually, giving you the flexibility to order exactly what you need.

It depends. If an item has been custom made then we're sorry but this wouldn't be returnable. Once it's made to the sizes confirmed on your email confirmation, it can only ever be yours.
