Everything you need to know about getting your order to you.


How long will my order take?

Most of our café curtains and window treatments are made to measure — cut and finished specifically for your window - so making times vary by product. As a guide:

Made to measure curtains and blinds: 5-14 working days
Hardware and accessories: 1-3 working days

You'll find the specific making time on each product page. We always aim to be quicker where we can - and we'll let you know if anything is running longer than expected.

Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.


Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible. Orders that haven't been cut yet can usually be cancelled without issue. Once cutting has started on a made to measure order we're unable to cancel - but we'll always check the status of your order and give you an honest answer.

Hardware, accessories and any ready-made items that haven't been dispatched can be cancelled at any time.

Delivery times are always in addition to making times. So if your curtains take 7 working days to make and you choose standard delivery, you'll receive them around 9-10 working days after ordering.


Returns

Made to measure items cannot be returned. Every curtain is cut and finished to your specific measurements - your window, your drop, your fabric. Once it's made, it can only ever be yours.

This is why we always recommend ordering a sample before committing to a fabric - and double-checking your measurements before you confirm. Our made to measure guide has everything you need to get it right first time.

Everything else - hardware, accessories, rods, poles and any ready-made items - can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please get in touch before sending anything back and we'll give you the right return address.

For poles and rods, drop us a message before posting - they can be expensive to return and we may be able to suggest the best way to do it.

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.


Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please get in touch within 2 working days of delivery. Keep all packaging in case the courier needs to collect it, and if possible take a photo of any damage before opening further.

We'll always put it right.
