Lina Madras Slot Top Cafe Curtain
There is a quiet beauty to cloth that has been woven the same way for generations.
Lina is crafted from traditional Scottish Madras, a heritage cotton weave renowned for its lightness, texture and exceptional quality. Woven from 100% cotton, it features a softly raised pattern of oversized floral diamonds that drift across the fabric, creating depth without weight and gently diffusing the light.
Unlike a flat voile, Lina has a tactile character that brings warmth and interest to a window. As daylight moves through the open weave, the pattern comes to life, offering a delicate balance of privacy and natural light.
The timeless design feels equally at home in a restored Victorian cottage, a Georgian townhouse or a contemporary Scandinavian-inspired interior. Layer it with natural oak, limestone, bouclé and linen, or pair with antique brass café rods to create a window treatment that feels quietly luxurious and thoughtfully considered.
A celebration of traditional Scottish weaving, Lina is a fabric chosen not simply for what it looks like, but for the craftsmanship woven into every metre.

A note on gather Opting for a flat gather gives a modern, clean, screen-like appearance. For a more traditional and softer look, we would recommend a 2x or 2.5 fullness.
A note on the header 5cm slot top - suitable for rods up to 19mm diameter. No stand-up, so the fabric falls cleanly from the pole.
How it's made 2cm sides and a 2cm base hem.
