Midori Pebble Tape Top Cafe Curtain
Our making time: 8 Working Days
Let us tell you more...
The tape top heading makes it one of the more versatile options in the collection. Three distinct gather styles give you real control over the finished look - from clean and contemporary through to soft and traditional - all from the same fabric.
Works equally well in a modern kitchen, a bathroom with natural stone, or a utility room that deserves a little more thought. The neutral palette sits naturally alongside aged brass, painted cabinetry, linen and warm ceramics.
Custom made to your width and drop.
A note on gather Midori's tape top gives you three finish options:
Flat gives a screen-like appearance - clean and modern. Gather to 2x and draw up the tape for a traditional ruffle gather - softer and more classic. Gather to 2x but leave the tape undrawn for a flat, deep wave - contemporary and relaxed.
The tape is supplied ungathered so you can set the width exactly as you need it.
Styling note Install your café pole at half the height of your window, ideally below any opening top windows. For wider windows consider two panels rather than one.
A note on the heading 1" tape top - for use with curtain hooks onto café pole rings.

Where it's made
Every curtain is cut and finished in our workroom in the New Forest, Hampshire. It's the same workroom behind a long-established UK made-to-measure curtain specialist - years of experience, thousands of orders, and a team that genuinely knows fabric.
Your curtains are measured against your exact specification, cut by hand, and finished before they leave Hampshire. No overseas factories, no generic sizing, no guesswork.
Just a small team doing one thing properly, in the corner of England we're proud to call home.
Delivery & Returns
Two separate things, one simple idea
There are two timeframes at play when you order from us, and it's worth understanding both before you check out.
Making time is how long it takes us to cut and finish your order in our Hampshire workroom. For made to measure curtains this is usually 7-10 working days. You'll find the specific making time for this product above.
Delivery time is how long the courier takes once your order leaves us. This is separate, and comes after the making time - not instead of it.
So if a curtain has a 7 working day making time and you choose standard delivery, expect your order roughly 9-10 working days after you place it, not 7.
Choosing your delivery speed
At checkout you'll be able to choose between standard and express delivery. Pricing for both is shown clearly at checkout based on your order and delivery address, so there are no surprises before you pay.
Ordering a rod with your curtain? A note on longer hardware
Café rods and poles over 150cm may incur a long length courier surcharge, as they need a different kind of handling and packaging to ship safely. This will always be shown clearly in your basket and at checkout before you complete your order - never added afterwards.
How we pack and send
Every order is packed by hand with the same care we put into making it. We work with a small number of carefully chosen courier partners we know and trust, rather than whoever happens to be cheapest that week - because a beautifully made curtain that arrives creased or damaged helps nobody.

Returns
Made to measure items cannot be returned once cut. Ready-made hardware and accessories can be returned within 14 days unused and in original packaging.
